The Concierge process starts with a phone call. During the call we will work together to understand the school/district’s theory of learning and goals for the technology they are hoping to implement. At the end of the call EdSurge and the School/District will decide together whether it is the right time to move forward with the need, at that time we will go over the terms and conditions. To ensure you are fairly considering each edtech solution, the administrator agrees to not talk to companies directly while the Concierge process is ongoing. Additionally, administrators commit to providing short product reviews for each company who submits a proposal. Finally, the administrator is responsible for seeing the process through to the end, which includes a 30-minute debrief call. Total time expected from the administrator is around 2 hours over the course of 2-3 weeks.
